ФОРМУВАННЯ ПОЛІКУЛЬТУРНИХ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТЕЙ У МАЙБУТНІХ ФАХІВЦІВ АГРАРНОЇ ГАЛУЗІ

Полікультурність є абсолютно домінантною рисою сучасних фахівців аграрної галузі, що зумовлено необхідністю адекватного порозуміння бізнес-партнерів, які являються представниками різних національних культур. У статті проведений аналіз вітчизняних та зарубіжних науково-педагогічних джерел, який дає підставу зробити висновок, що полікультурна компетентність майбутнього фахівця аграрної галузі розглядається представниками сучасної освіти та науки, з точки зору мети і результату полікультурної освіти, компонента професійної компетентності майбутніх фахівців, складової базових європейських компетенцій. Полікультурна компетентність – це цілісна система, що є частиною системи компетенцій, які опановують студенти у процесі навчання. Також входить до складу основних компетенцій майбутнього фахівця аграрної галузі, є фактором соціальної адаптації.
