ФОРМУВАННЯ ІНФОРМАЦІЙНО-КОМУНІКАТИВНОЇ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТІ СТУДЕНТІВ У ПРОЦЕСІ ВИВЧЕННЯ ІНОЗЕМНОЇ МОВИ В АГРАРНОМУ ЗАКЛАДІ ВИЩОЇ ОСВІТИ

Виділено такі взаємопов’язані компоненти інформаційно-комунікативної компетентності для майбутніх фахівців аграрної галузі у процесі вивчення іноземної мови: мотиваційний – характеризує наявність ціннісних орієнтирів, мотивів та готовності виконувати професійні завдання, у тому числі з використанням інформаційних технологій, мотиваційна спрямованість впливає на результативність процесу самовдосконалення і підвищення рівня професійної підготовки; когнітивний – визначає наявність теоретичних знань і оволодіння способами їх отримання, передбачає здатність використовувати інструменти інформаційних технологій для ідентифікації та відповідного подання (деталізації, обґрунтування тощо) необхідної інформації, визначення інформації, уміння здійснювати пошук й отримання інформації (стратегія пошуку, конструювання запиту, оцінка відповідності результатів пошуку тощо), володіння методами структурування інформації, управління інформацією, методами і способами інтерпретації та подання інформації (порівняння, зіставлення, виключення невідповідностей, узагальнення тощо), інтегрування інформації, уміння визначати якість, важливість, корисність або ефективність інформації на основі певних критеріїв, оцінювання інформації, уміння створювати інформацію (адаптуючи, проєктуючи, обґрунтовуючи), здатність повідомляти (передавати) інформацію відповідно до прийнятих норм; практичний – характеризує формування креативних методів виконання професійних завдань на основі активного, вибіркового застосування інформаційних технологій; рефлексійний – проявляється у свідомому й обґрунтованому підході до розв’язання поставлених завдань, оцінювання діяльності та її результатів, у формуванні вміння свідомого контролю (самоконтролю, самоаналізу), визначає необхідність у співпраці.
