ПЕДАГОГІЧНІ УМОВИ ФОРМУВАННЯ SOFT SKILLS У МАЙБУТНІХ ОФІЦЕРІВ НАЦІОНАЛЬНОЇ ГВАРДІЇ УКРАЇНИ В ПРОЦЕСІ ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ ПІДГОТОВКИ

За результатами аналізу наукових джерел, проведеного опитування випускників вищих військових навчальних закладів Національної гвардії України, власного досвіду автора, використовуючи табличний метод дослідження, визначено педагогічні умови формування soft skills у майбутніх офіцерів Національної гвардії України за складниками забезпечення освітнього процесу (нормативно-правове, кадрове, навчально-методичне, інформаційне, матеріально-технічне) та основними групами soft skills (комунікаційні навички, навички критичного мислення та розвʼязання проблем, командна робота, навчання протягом усього життя та навички аналізу інформації, етичність, моральність і професіоналізм, лідерські здібності).
