ЕКОЛОГІЧНА КОМПЕТЕНТНІСТЬ УЧИТЕЛЯ ТЕХНОЛОГІЙ: ОСНОВНІ ПІДХОДИ ДО ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ ПІДГОТОВКИ

У статті розкрито сутність екологічної компетентності майбутнього вчителя технологій, виявлено її структуру та значення для формування сучасного фахівця галузі освіти. Встановлено й схарактеризовано основні компоненти екологічної компетентності вчителя технологій: когнітивний, діяльнісний, мотиваційний, рефлексивний.
Проаналізовано основні підходи до формування екологічної компетентності студентів у контексті професійної підготовки у ЗВО: 1) оновлення змісту навчальних дисциплін та його доповнення відомостями екологічного спрямування; 2) розвиток практичних екологічних навичок студентів через різні форми позааудиторної навчальної роботи; 3) використання інноваційних методів навчальної діяльності студентів; 4) впровадження міждисциплінарного підходу у навчанні; 5) використання цифрових технологій в екологічній підготовці студентів; 6) розвиток системи безперервного професійного зростання у галузі екології.
