ОНЛАЙН-ОСВІТА В УНІВЕРСИТЕТАХ: ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЯ ТА ЕФЕКТИВНІСТЬ НАВЧАННЯ

У статті розкрито фундаментальні трансформаційні зміни, що відбулися у сфері вищої освіти внаслідок масового впровадження онлайн-навчальних платформ. Висвітлено їх переваги як динамічних, інтерактивних середовищ, що сприяють підвищенню доступності, гнучкості та економічної ефективності освітнього процесу. Проаналізовано вплив інтеграції штучного інтелекту на педагогічні підходи, що забезпечує перехід до студентоцентричного та персоналізованого навчання. Участь в онлайн-курсах сприяє розвитку критично важливих цифрових навичок, таких як самодисципліна та управління часом. Проаналізовано виклики та ризики, які пов’язані з онлайн навчанням. Особливу увагу приділено проблемам технічної та інфраструктурної нерівності, конфіденційності даних та безпеки, а також ставлення викладачів щодо якості освіти та збільшення робочого навантаження. Представлено вплив онлайн-навчання на залученість та результативність студентів. У висновках статті узагальнено психосоціальні наслідки для всіх учасників освітнього процесу, включаючи почуття ізоляції, та підкреслено необхідність цілісного, людиноцентричного підходу до підтримки онлайн-навчальної спільноти.
