ПЕДАГОГІЧНА ПІДТРИМКА ТА ПСИХОЛОГІЧНИЙ СУПРОВІД ФОРМУВАННЯ ЛІДЕРСЬКОГО ПОТЕНЦІАЛУ МАЙБУТНІХ ОФІЦЕРІВ

У статті розглянуто проблему формування лідерського потенціалу майбутніх офіцерів у сучасних умовах трансформації військової освіти та зростання вимог до професійної підготовки військових фахівців. Проаналізовано вітчизняні та зарубіжні наукові підходи до розуміння лідерства, зокрема трансформаційного та етичного, а також окреслено їх значення для підготовки офіцера нового покоління. Обґрунтовано роль педагогічної підтримки та психологічного супроводу як ключових чинників розвитку лідерських компетентностей курсантів. Визначено структуру лідерського потенціалу та охарактеризовано психолого-педагогічні умови, що сприяють його формуванню. Наголошено на важливості поєднання педагогічних, психологічних та організаційних аспектів підготовки.
