У статті заявлено про необхідність трансформації структури та змісту ключових компетентностей майбутніх фахівців готельно-ресторанного сервісу в умовах інтернаціоналізації. На основі вивчення досвіду зарубіжних країн та аналізу змісту ключових компетентностей у стандартах професійної (професійно-технічної) ocвіти з професій готельно-ресторанної галузі виявлено потребу у їх розширенні та поглибленні з орієнтацією на формування в здобувачів освіти тих знань, умінь, навичок, особистих якостей, які сьогодні визначаються тенденціями зближення національних освітніх систем та євроінтеграційного розвитку економіки.Посилання
