СТРУКТУРА ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТІ МАЙБУТНЬОГО МОРСЬКОГО ФАХІВЦЯ

У статті на основі аналізу досвіду науковців щодо визначення структури професійної компетентності майбутніх морських фахівців запропоновано власний компонентний її склад, що ґрунтується на сучасному стані морської галузі та завданнях модернізації вищої морської освіти України. Автором у структурі професійної компетентності майбутніх морських фахівців виділено чотири змістові константи: компетентнісно-результативна, професійно-виробнича (практична), культурно-комунікативна, особистісно-професійна.
