У статті розглянуто проблему інтернаціоналізації змісту навчання іноземної мови у закладах вищої освіти в умовах глобалізації, розширення академічної мобільності й інтеграції національної системи освіти до європейського та світового освітнього простору. Теоретично обґрунтовано й розроблено структурно-функціональну модель інтернаціоналізації змісту навчання іноземної мови в закладах вищої освіти, яка охоплює цільовий, концептуально-методологічний, змістовий, організаційно-процесуальний і результативний блоки. Визначено її основні компоненти, функції, педагогічні умови ефективної реалізації.
